Abstract:
This workshop will guide participants through the key steps of psychometric modeling – from classical test theory and measures of reliability, to examining validity and internal structure, and advancing to item response theory. It will also demonstrate how these methods can be implemented in R and interactively visualized with the ShinyItemAnalysis application.
