In October 2026, a two-day meeting of the entire project, DigiWELL – Impact Forum, will take place at the City Campus of the University of Ostrava. The event will be held on 1–2 October and will provide an opportunity for in-person meetings of the project and research team, sharing current results, and joint discussion about the future direction of the project’s activities.

The Impact Forum programme will focus on combining expert content with informal networking. Participants can look forward to thematic lectures, sharing examples of good practice, and light sporting activities scheduled between the individual programme blocks.
